Fred Johnson Stepp, 69, of McMinnville died Wednesday. The Memorial service will be Saturday, Feb. 23rd at 2pm at Covenant Fellowship Church. Dean Northcutt will officiate. Visitation will begin Sat. at 1pm at the Church.
