49 year old Timothy Woods appeared in General Sessions Court Tuesday to answer to several charges. Woods was appointed a public defender and will appear back in court in 2 weeks.
Last week the Warren Co. Sheriffs Department, along with the McMinnville Police Department conducted a search warrant at the High St. apartments. Woods was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, deliver and sale of meth.
