Moore Announces For General Sessions Judge

Local attorney and McMinnville native Ryan J. Moore announced that he is running for General Sessions Judge. Warren County?s General Sessions court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor crimes, traffic violations, civil matters in controversy of $25,000 or less, landlord-tenant actions, divorce and juvenile matters.
In a press release, Moore said it is time to bring some needed change and to improve the court system. Moore added that the people of Warren County deserve an efficient court system that protects taxpayer dollars and is more respectful of people?s time.
Moore is the Municipal Judge for the Town of Morrison. He was recently honored by the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Access to Justice Commission with their 2020 Attorney for Justice award.
Moore is a Past President of the McMinnville Breakfast Rotary Club and a former Board of Directors member of the McMinnville-Warren County Senior Center and Main Street McMinnville.
