The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Alderman will meet in a special called session Tuesday afternoon at 12:30pm at City Hall to discuss two ordinances, one that was put off from last Tuesday night’s meeting.
The first is an ordinance on second and final reading to declare certain property and real estate surplus property. And to discuss on first reading to transfer 6.17 acres of real estate on Sunset Point Road to Homeless of McMinnville Effort, or HOME.
Once again the meeting will be at 12:30pm at City Hall.
