After getting cancelled in 2020 for the first time in its history, the 2021 Warren Co. A&L Fair gets underway this Friday night. According to Fair President Regan Kelsey on their facebook page, the board has been working extensively to not only bring the community a fun and exciting fair but to make sure its done safely as possible. They are optimistic about the community’s strength and resilence. Hand washing stations will be set up houghtout the fair. Face coverings are not required in the open air areas of the fair but recommended you wear one inside the buildings. They will be working to jkeep the inside areas well ventilated. Signs will be place al lthroughout the fairground areas.
Activities start with the Teen/Preteen Fairest Of The Fair at 5pm this Friday. On Saturday is the Tiny Fairest of the Fair pageant at 5pm followed by On Te Road Again at 7:30pm. The only cancellations at the fair this year is the gospel singing on Sunday and the Senior Day activities on Tuesday. The Fairest of the Fair pageant will be held monday evening Sept. 13 at 7pm. Little Fairest of the Fair will be Sept. 14 at 7pm.
