The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Alderman will meet Tuesday night in the first floor lobby at City Hall. The board moved their location due to the CDC recommendations. They will consider four ordinances, one of which includes appropriating over 444,000 dollars to certain non-profit charitable organizations. The board also will approve 40,000 donation to Main Street McMinnville.
The meeting will begin at 7pm at City Hall. It will be preceded by meetings of the Water and Sewer Committee at 5:45pm, Safety Committee at 5:55pm, a joint meeting with safety and streets and sanitation at 6:05pm, Building and grounds at 6:20pm and Parks and Recreation at 6:40pm.
