The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Alderman Tuesday night will consider three ordinances and one resolution on the agenda. One of the ordinances on first reading is to rezone 623 and 625 N. Spring St. from R-2 Medium Density Residential to R-3 High Density Residential. A public hearing will take place at 6:50pm Tuesday night to hear arguments for and against. You will also have a chance to address the board during the regular meeting.
The meeting begins at 7pm. It will be preceded by a meeting of the Streets and Sanitation Committee at 6:20pm, followed by the finance committee at 6:35pm and then the public hearing.
